Terms & Conditions

Rhine Watches takes pride in offering a curated selection of pre-owned timepieces. As a note of transparency, it's important to mention that we are not an authorized dealer, nor are we affiliated with any of the brands we sell. Each watch in our collection is meticulously sourced and inspected to ensure authenticity and quality. By specializing in pre-owned watches, we aim to provide our customers with access to exceptional timepieces at competitive prices, while also offering a unique and diverse selection that caters to individual tastes and preferences.


Payments can be made directly through the website or by bank transfer. If you decide to pay via bank transfer, you'll receive a proforma invoice via email, detailing the purchase along with our banking information. The watch will not be posted out until the full amount has been cleared by the banking intuition. In some cases, this can take up to 24 hours. 


All watches will be shipped using Royal Mail's Next Day Special Delivery service, providing tracking, insurance, and requiring a signature upon delivery. While rare, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delivery delays beyond our control. In such instances, the purchaser must promptly contact us.


Please ensure that someone will be available to receive the delivery before arranging shipping.

Orders will exclusively be shipped to the purchaser's registered address. Prior to shipping, a valid form of identification, such as a driving licence, and a utility bill dated within the last 3 months, linked to the address must be provided.

In rare cases where packages go missing in transit, please allow up to 10 days from the dispatch date for delivery. Please note that failure to contact Rhine Watches within 30 days will render the insurance claim invalid, and the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Rhine Watches.

At Rhine Watches, we understand the importance of discretion. That's why we ensure that our packaging is as discreet as possible, providing you with peace of mind when receiving your order. We take every precaution to maintain confidentiality and protect your goods throughout the shipping process.

Rhine Watches reserves the right to reject any orders suspected of fraudulent activity


After the physical delivery of the watch, it becomes your responsibility. Please inspect the goods promptly and notify us immediately if any faults are found or if they do not match the description provided.


As per the Consumer Protection Regulations, you have the right to return your products within 14 days of receiving them. Failure to meet this 14-day deadline will result in the goods being considered yours, and they cannot be returned.


The watch and any accompanying accessories must be returned in the same condition as when they were sent out. Reasonable deductions will be made for any wear and tear incurred while in your possession, including the box and papers. Failure to return the papers or any other documentation will result in a significant deduction.


Rhine Watches will not cover the cost of returning an item, including packaging, shipping, and insurance, which are your responsibility. If possible, please return the watch in the same discreet packaging it arrived in.


Our product images are exclusively captured in-house, showcasing the actual watch available for sale. We rely solely on natural light to provide customers with an accurate perspective on the watch's condition. Should you require further visuals or videos of the watch, feel free to request them via email or WhatsApp.

Choice of Law

This Agreement has been executed and delivered in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Rhine Watches reserves the right to modify our terms and conditions without prior written notice.


At Rhine Watches, we guarantee that all watches are original, authentic, and in good working condition as described. Given the nature of some of our vintage products, which may be aged and occasionally temperamental, we do not offer extended service warranties unless explicitly stated in the product description. Additionally, we do not perform movement overhauls unless deemed necessary or specified otherwise. Watches that are covered, come with a warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the movement. However, please note that this warranty does not extend to accidental or water damage. Feel free to contact us for further details.
