In the early 1970s, Cartier sought to make its luxury goods more accessible to a broader audience. This led to the creation of the "Must de Cartier" line, which introduced more affordable yet still high-quality products, including watches, accessories, and fragrances. These pieces were characterized by their understated elegance and the iconic Cartier branding.

Combining the classic Tank design with the affordability and allure of vermeil, the Must de Cartier Tank Vermeil watch quickly became a symbol of style and sophistication. Its sleek rectangular case, choice of colourful dials, and blue sapphire cabochon crown are emblematic of Cartier's design ethos.

I have to say, the burgundy dial tank is one of the most elegent models in the Must de Cartier range and relatively hard to come by in todays market.

This is a very nice example of one. The dial shows no marks and the gold plating is in tip top shape. There are few light marks to the glass but not too deep that they stand out. An added bonus to mention, is that its still fitted on its original Must De Cartier leather strap.

The Must range has seen a huge surge in demand recently and Rhine Watches loves to stock them!

The watch is running well and keeping good time.
